this is what I do

Responsible Inclusion in Practice

Support for schools, families, and organisations grounded in research, neuroscience, and lived experience, with a focus on behaviour, wellbeing, neurodiversity, and adolescent development.

Building adult confidence, consistent practice, and environments that are clear, calm, and sustainable.

School Training

School support through training and inclusive practice — including SEND, neurodivergence, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.

I help schools build realistic, relational, sustainable support for all pupils, especially neurodivergent learners.

This can include staff training, policy review, leadership consultation, classroom support, and whole-school strategy around behaviour, inclusion, regulation, and pastoral care.

Support is tailored to each setting, from one-off workshops to ongoing advisory work.

Speaking & Consulting

Strategic guidance and speaking on responsible inclusion, including but not limited to — SEND, neurodivergence, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.

I deliver keynotes, webinars, and consultancy on neurodiversity, PDA, behaviour, emotional literacy, restorative practice, and the neuroscience of children and adolescents, with a focus on whole-system practice, policy, and culture.

This work helps organisations reduce cognitive load, strengthen adult confidence, and build environments that are clear, inclusive, and sustainable.

Family Support

Calm, practical support for families — built around real life, everyday challenges, and meaningful lasting progress.

I support families to make sense of what’s happening and find approaches that feel doable day to day.

Together we explore what behaviour may be communicating, what helps regulation, and how to reduce stress and conflict while strengthening connection and confidence.

Neurodivergence is part of human diversity. Effective practice begins when we shift from correction to curiosity, and from control to understanding.
